The ACT UP Kenya is working with large number of National and Local Partner
including people, organization, citizens group, faith based organization,
Trade Union and Local authorities in planning a number of activities to take up ACT UP challenge
Your organization could join this event by publishing them to your members,
community and encouraging them to attend. This challenge is all about practical
Action and we are relying on your support to help set Record of Action.
Arrange your own ACT UP Event or Local Chapter in your area
Identify one local public space which is central location
Decide on event theme eg music concert, theater group, dance Troup, carnival,
Rap, local Music and dance performance, street theater or any other activities
Insert an ACT UP moment in existing event e.g.
Sunday Church service: Engage faith leaders to lead their congregation in ACT UP moment during service, football and other sport activities
Every days Public Gathering; Engages the publics, schools, to hold ACT UP moment, engage the companies to get their Employees to hold ACT UP moment
Where appropriate inform relevant local or National Media that event is taking place
